Episode 1 – Shelby Davis

Shelby Davis was one of the youngest vice – presidents of the Bank of New York. Retired, he is now a philanthropist. He advocates the motto “learn, earn, and return.” He is one of the main enthusiasts of the United World Colleges (UWC). Thousands of young people from various parts of the world now have access to education thanks to his support. We met him in Hobe Sound, Florida, where he shared his enthusiasm for the UWC project, already nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
